Standard Terms for Business Expansion Reading

Services
All services are provided by Kelly Marshall Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company registration number 13404559. The services provided under these terms of business relate to spiritual mentoring and success coaching delivered through Business Expansion Reading.

a) A private one way reading via the voice note app Voxer (unless agreed to take place on another platform prior to checkout)
b) This reading will be delivered to you as a channelled voice note using psychic abilities, by tuning into your energy field and the energetics in which you operate your business
c) The reading aims to expand upon the capacity for success you already have available to you
d) The guidance will cover where your business currently is, what’s working or not working, and what success is possible for you if you continue on the current path you are on
e) There is no obligation from the Coach 'Kelly' to continue with voice note exchanges, providing follow-up insights or readings or any resources after you've received your initial reading.
f) your reading will be delivered in Voxer within one working day
g) it is your responsibility to save your reading for future reference, should you wish to, by forwarding it to yourself in voxer or staring the message

It is important that you are aware that any success achieved within or shortly after the session is dependent on the Client sharing honestly and transparently and then taking action on the next steps agreed within the session. Should you have any specific goals or aims in mind which are not listed above then these will need to be agreed in advance.

Please listen to the voice recording with an open mind, you may have heard what’s being said to you before, however this reading will provide the energetic coding for opportunities for growth and expansion, if your mind is focusing on ‘already knowing’ or resisting, it can impact the process, therefore, the more open you are to improving your life, the quicker and better the results will potentially be.

After the reading, do not do anything too energetic or strenuous such as exercise, go into busy or stressful environments, eat heavy meals or drink alcohol. It is advised to drink plenty of water to remain hydrated.

In some cases, slight effects are reported following a reading, this is usually a day or two after, such as tiredness, frustration and irritability. If this happens email me at hello@kellymarshall.co.uk

Whilst many clients experience the ability to see a bigger vision of themselves within or shortly after the session, we offer no guarantees or timelines. Each person is different and results may vary.

Where possible services are performed by our lead coach, Kelly Marshall. We reserve the right to outsource to a Co-Coach if required, where this happens as much notice as possible will be provided.

Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for all one off sessions in advance and shall be paid online via the checkout on our website. VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses.
Quotes for work are unique to each client and represent the time to be incurred on each project. Quotes may be higher or lower for certain clients depending on whether there is already a pre-existing relationship which will impact the number of hours required in each circumstance.

Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all copyright in any document prepared in the course of carrying out any services on your behalf. Should you wish to use the document for additional purposes a licence fee can be agreed.

Communications
Communication with clients will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. Our usual business hours are 9am until 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for our business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.

Confidentiality and Retention of Information
Communications between us are confidential. We will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business, except for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.
Documents and information in relation to your matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations.

Complaints and Refunds
We are committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective. However, should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact hello@kellymarshall.co.uk. We agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability
Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. Any liability to you is limited to the amount of any fees paid.
We do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of the services delivered unless they are detailed above. There will not be any liability to you for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third Party Rights
No person other than the person provided with a copy of these Terms of Business shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Business are our standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with the English Law.
The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
